The mission of Liên Đoàn Hướng Đạo Lạc Việt, a multi-unit Vietnamese Scouting organization, is to educate and develop young people in the areas of citizenship, character building, and moral values using the Scouting method and enable them to be future leaders in the community and for society as a whole.
